We offer versions of 5 popular TV Gameshows, adapted for a mobile projector and different levels of participation, ranging from one-on-one to small groups to larger groups with a 'round robin' style of participation.

Once you have booked your day, you will be given a password to our Client Area. This will allow you access to several electronic forms. Most notable are the Songlists and the Timeline.

Have some songs you simply MUST hear? Easy, just slip them into the Top Choices category. Have some songs you'd like to hear if possible? They go into the Play If Possible category. And don't forget the one's you just DO NOT want to hear (yep, there's a category for that, too)! Just stick them into the Do Not Play list.

Open up the Timeline, and lay out the schedule to your liking.

Save your documents, and they can be printed out by you or your DJ for the big night. And don't worry about a thing. If something doesn't quite fit, we'll work it out at our meeting.

We Come Equipped…

Your event can have as many (or as few) extras as you desire. Start off with our basic system, of course (all digital, so no more skipping tracks or scratched albums). Would you like to add some lighting? We can accommodate you, of course! Have a slideshow? A custom made DVD for your guests? Just ask for our Projector package (we can even provide a screen, if needed). Need some ceremony or cocktail music in a different part of the venue? We have that covered as well, with our Small Sound System we can provide music in two different locations with no downtime.

How many years of professional experience do you have?

2017 is TEAM DJ’s 19th year in business. ALL the DJ's who work for TEAM DJ are trained to make your reception fantastic! You will always get an experienced DJ who can handle any situation.

Will you assist us in pre-planning our party?

Certainly. Our phone lines are always open to you. If you have a question, we are always here to assist you. It can be a Disc Jockey question, or a question on any of our other services. We have a lot of knowledge to pass along to you.

Can we meet our DJ before the event?

You will meet with your DJ approximately one month before your event to cover all of the details of your wedding reception. If you would like to meet a DJ before you book, we can make that happen for you also.

Does the DJ make all the announcements?

Your DJ will make any announcements you request. Also, they will keep track of the time schedule (in case of scheduled events), take requests from the guests, and pretty much anything else needed to keep the party moving along.

Do you have a variety of music?

Can we bring our own music?

Absolutely!

Will the DJ be properly dressed for the occasion?

It is important that your DJ looks the part for your occasion. This can be mean anything from a formal tux or semi-formal suit and tie attire to Hawaiian shirts and sandals. Be sure to specify the type of apparel that your DJ should wear. There is no extra charge for formal attire.

Do you use professional equipment?

What kind of extras do you have for parties?

We can offer a number of items to add some flair to your party. We can provide Karaoke services, club-style lighting, fog, bubbles, photobooth services, and even mobile game shows! Give us a call at 614-798-8794 or 866-473-4138 to get the current rates for any of these services.

Can we control the volume at the event?

Yes. If at any time you would like us to raise or lower the volume, it would be our pleasure to do so.

Will our DJ be there on time?

Our DJ's arrive at least an hour before an event's scheduled "start time," to allow plenty of time to set up. Setting up and taking down the equipment is included in the cost of the evening. Your DJ will also stay as long as you like, if the party is going to go past the scheduled "end time," for the same hourly rate.

Does the DJ take any breaks?

No.

What gameshows are available?

We offer: Friendly Feud, Final Answer, Wheel of Knowledge, Q&A and Tic Tac Toe.

How many people can play?

That depends on the game(s) you choose. Smaller groups can play any of the games. For larger groups, we recommend Friendly Feud or Wheel of Knowledge, where teams can compete in a "round robin" style format.

What can gamesters be used for?

Our shows are great for all occasions! Ice breakers, team building, seminars, and just plain fun!

What equipment is included?

We bring podiums, large screen, laptop computer, projector and sound system. The only things that need be provided by the venue are the chairs.

What are your rates?

There are several factors that determine the cost of an event, including month, day, time and length of the event. Call us at 614-799-8001 so that we may customize a quote for you.

How long will it take to set up?

We arrive approximately one hour before we are to begin. This allows us ample time to set up, test the equipment, and change into appropriate attire.

What is the deposit? When is it due? When is the balance due?

Our standard deposit is $200.00. Once we receive the deposit and signed contract you are booked and we will send you a receipt. The balance is due just two weeks before the event.
